What an amazing surprise as NOMADs receive the Mayor’s award and a cheque from the Mayor John Parker.
Our chair, Claire and committee member Nicki both attended the Mayor’s reception where NOMADs was awarded both award and cheque for £500. This is such an honour our group being recognised and valued by Romsey, especially the Mayor stating we are “under valued” in the community.
We are absolutely thrilled to receive this award! It’s a testament to the incredible heart and dedication of each and every member of our group. We will continue to foster an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive on stage. Inclusivity isn’t just a goal for us, it’s the very foundation of who we are, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to building a community where all voices are heard and celebrated.
